Measuring the unmeasurable: service and support metrics
Most PC vendors today market their systems by the same specs used ten years ago: processor speed (GHz), memory size (MB) and hard drive size (GB).
MPC, however, is augmenting these specs with some new metrics, ones that measure our performance in meeting your needs for service and support.
These new metrics include:
- Speed of answering your call
- Speed of shipping replacement parts or products (where required)
- On-time performance of our field service technicians
- Overall return rate (a measure of overall satisfaction with our products)
- Results of our ongoing customer satisfaction surveys
