statement of work, and provide a price quote. This phase also introduces the use of innovative Web-X conferencing tools for training, conferences, and communication.
Deployment
Once this initial groundwork is laid, we help you with project management, as we provide resources, schedules, and documentation for your solution. This phase includes the
configuration of hardware and backups, and
comprehensive customer orientation. We configure your DataFRAME storage solution to your specific needs, as well as complete any special projects you might request.
Support
The third and final phase of your Deployment Solution covers the level of support you want. We offer 24X7 MPC technical support, up to
five years parts and on-site coverage, and
2, 4, or 8-hour response. You'll get 30-day warranty on our workmanship, and on-site engineering support if required. Optional technical services include an on-site engineer and training and network management.
